  1. Internal structure achieving high rigidity and high accuracy: The robot's internal structure is designed to provide excellent rigidity and accuracy, ensuring precise and reliable performance.

  2. Completely beltless structure: The YK-XG series utilizes a beltless design by employing a direct coupling structure for the ZR axis. Robot R-axis inertia moment capacity: The YK-XG series offers a low R-axis inertia moment, which greatly contributes to reducing cycle times, especially when dealing with heavy workpieces or large offsets. By directly coupling the speed reducer to the rotating axis, YAMAHA achieves a high allowable inertia moment, enabling high-speed operation even with work offsets.
